I changed this around from the original recipe that I posted. This one is more like a brownie. Yummy.

Directions

  1. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Beat butter until smooth, add sugar, beat well.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
  4. Stir in cottage cheese.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix.
  6. Drop by teaspoon about 2" apart onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350.
