This is a wonderful chocolatey tasting smoothie from "Hey Mom! I'm Hungry!" by Susan Powter. It makes a thin smoothie but we like it this way as dessert. Yum.
- 2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 7 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix.
- Serve immediately.
This recipe is amazing. I just had my first cup- delicious. My father who hates most low fat stuff LOVED IT! Its a good recipe. Thank you so much for sharing it!
Very good for a fat free smoothie. Love the chocolate and banana flavor together, just sweet enough for us. Like the idea of the frozen banana instead of using ice cubes that would water the drink down as they melt. Thank you ladypit, we will be enjoying these again!
we REALLY liked this. my husband is already done with his, and finishing mine up right now! lol. maybe alittle too much cocoa. and it wouldv'e been 10 stars with pecans in it!!!! YUM! we WILL be making this again.
