Turned out a bit "bready" - crust outside, and tasty but not quite the consistency/texture I was expecting. I wonder maybe whether it requires self-raising flour rather than plain-flour?

I think the measurements are wrong. My dough turned really thick. I was unable to go any further and had to throw it all out. It's consistency was that of bread dough. It was a waste of time and effort.
