- 59.14 ml light coconut milk
- 118.29 ml frozen mango chunks
- 118.29 ml nonfat plain yogurt
- 19.71 ml turbinado sugar or 19.71 ml light brown sugar
- 14.79 ml Better 'n Peanut Butter spread
- 14.79 ml ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1.23 ml imitation coconut extract
- 295.73 ml ice cubes

- In a blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes through feed tube, one at a time, until thick and smooth.
