- 2 lbs medium cooked shrimp
- 1 cup lemon juice or 1 cup lime juice
- 3 -5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1⁄2 cups minced fresh cilantro
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup hot sauce
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 -3 avocados, cubed
- salt, to taste
- Combine all ingredients and let chill for a couple hours. Adjust ingredients to taste.
