Cocktail Frankfurts Wrapped in Bacon

One of the most popular finger foods we made at a recent "80's" party. Easily increased!!!


  1. Preheat oven to 200c degrees.
  2. Cut each slice of bacon in thirds-halve each third length ways (each slice is now in 6 pieces).
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around each frankfurt, secure with a cocktail stick, then place on an oven tray and bake for about 15 minutes, turning once, until the bacon is crispy and sizzling; serve with ketchup or salsa of choice.
