Coca-Cola Shipwreck Casserole

Extremely easy, and very good! This casserole is made in layers and baked! The ingredients are usually on hand in your fridge and pantry, too! Now what could be easier than that? The recipe comes from Foodgeeks.com.

• Cook Time: 1 hrs

Ingredients:

Servings: 8

• 1 -1 ½ tablespoon oil
• 1 large onion , sliced
• 1 lb ground beef
• ¼ cup rice , uncooked
• 2 -3 stalks celery , chopped
• 1 green pepper , chopped
• 3 medium raw potatoes , peeled and sliced
• salt and pepper
• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans , drained and rinsed
• 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
• 1 (10 ounce) can Coca-Cola

Directions:

1. Spread oil in bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
2. Layer ingredients in order listed above.
3. Pour the cola evenly over top of casserole.
4. Cover with foil.
5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
