Good afternoon snack for adults and kids!
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2⁄3 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 cups crisp rice cereal
- 24 large marshmallows
- Melt th emargarine in the saucepan over medium. Addthe corn syrup and brown sugar. Heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Remove the saucepan to the hot pad.
- Add the peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add the vanilla. Stir.
- Put the cereal into the bowl.
- Use the fork to dip each marshmallow into the peanut butter mixture until completely coated. Roll in the cereal. Set on the waxed paper to cool.
