Coal Region Zucchini Bread

"A recipe for this wonderful stuff that we got from a coworker. My children love this stuff."

• Ingredients: 10
• Yields: 3 Small Loaves
• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups zucchini (Unpeeled and grated )
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3 teaspoons cinnamon

directions

1. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
2. We use three baking crocks from Pampered Chef, but you can use whatever you think will work.
