  • 8 ounces leftover roast turkey, cut into bite sized pieces (shredded is OK)
  • 12 cup leftover turkey gravy
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 slices bread or 4 slices dinner rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional

  • leftover stuffing and cranberry sauce

  • Put leftover gravy into a small saucepan. Add turkey. Add stuffing and cranberry sauce if desired. Heat over medium until just starting to bubble.
  • While turkey mixture is heating, toast bread or split rolls. Butter.
  • Lay bread on plates and cover with generous dollop of turkey mixture. Eat while hot.
