The Club Med in Cancun serves huge bowls of guacamole and they shared the recipe while we were visiting. This mild guacamole recipe showcases the flavor of the avocado so make sure you choose ripe ones!
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 59.14 ml cream cheese
- 59.14 ml finely chopped tomatoes
- 29.58 ml finely chopped onions
- 29.58 ml finely chopped cilantro
- 14.79 ml lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Mix all ingredients and enjoy with tortilla chips!
I found this to be very creamy and spreadable. I think it would be perfect on a wrap or sandwich as it's thicker. It also held overnight without discoloring. It was very mild in flavor on it's own, but I served it with Garlic Beef Enchiladas so mild was okay. Made for Spring Safari Pick a Chef 2013.

Very nice! I halved the recipe and didn't have any cilantro so used parsley. I enjoyed it on toast and by itself. Thanks! Made for the TYM game.
