This is my husband's concoction. We were trying to use up some Midori one day, and this was quite tasty!

  • 3 ounces Midori melon liqueur
  • 4 12 ounces cloudy apple juice
  • ice

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

Good Combo a bit strong though - perhaps a tad less vodka.

I used regular vodka and I added vanilla powder. It was a test and it seemed to work. The apple juice I had was not cloudy but it's delicious. Next time, I'll try with homemade apple juice. Thanks Amanda :)

I love midori & vanilla vodka but I found this one a little too strong for my tastes. I couldn't drink a whole one so I should have halved it I think. The apple juice works nicely with these 2 but I think I'd like a little fizz to it as well so I think some soda or mineral water would also be a nice touch.
