I am a certified professional chef, mother of four wonderful children, and the perfect man's wife. I love to cook, garden, and read. I am addicted to Home and Garden television and the TLC channel. My favorite all time cookbook is How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman, I own 2 copies so that I can pass one on to each of my daughters. I am passionate about cooking, I love to take a recipe and make it my own.
My pet peeves, though my husband and children would say I have alot, I think my biggest one would be people who salt food before trying it, that is probably the biggest insult there is.
