  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray loaf pan with non stick spray and dust with flour.
  • Beat oil, honey, eggs and vanilla in large bowl.
  • Stir in apple and zucchini.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients.
  • Pour in loaf pan and bake large loaf for 60 minutes, mini loaves for 30 MI uses or until toothpick comes out clean.
