Classic Tuna Sandwich

ingredients

• 170.09 g can tuna (if using cans, drained and chunked)
• 29.57 ml mayonnaise
• 1 egg, Hard cooked & chopped
• 4.92 ml lemon juice
• lettuce leaf, curly-leaf
• 59.14 ml celery, chopped
• 14.79 ml black olives, chopped or 29.58 ml sweet pickle relish
• 4.92 ml black pepper
• 4 slice bread

directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; mix well.
2. Chill several hours.
3. Line 2 slices of bread with lettuce.
4. Top each with 1/2 tuna mixture.
5. Top with the remaining bread.

Good classic tuna sandwich. I used relish rather than olives but otherwise made as directed. Simple and good. Thanks Kana Kahuna for a nice lunch. Made for Bargain Basement tag.
