I didn't know until the last minute that I wanted to make twice baked potatoes, so I ran through a drive-thru fast food place and picked up some of their 99 cent baked potatoes to get a head start.....it worked beautifully. Plus, they came with sour cream and chives.

These are delicious! I added some garlic powder and fresh chives (and left off the cheese on top to save a few grams of fat!). A big hit - will definitely make this again!

Excellent. I added some garlic powder seeing that I am a garlic addict. My son just stopped by and ate what I had left and took the ones that I was going to put in the freezer...LOL...HOG! I took a few pictures, will post them later. I also add a few green onion tops and a little fresh parsley... Very Very Very good! This is a for sure keeper. Thanks

I made these to go with bbq ribs and cole slaw. I used all extra sharp cheddar cheese. I tripled the recipe so we could have some in the freezer for later. I will be making these often! Thanks-HK

We used all american cheese, accomodating the kiddos and were pleased with the results. It's a great way to do up the faithful potato when you need something different and have a bit of extra time to prepare them. Will make you never want to microwave a potato again. Thanks!

I used all cheddar cheese and added a scallion to the mix. We loved the skin and we will be making these again. Make extra and freeze!!

My MIL made this as a side for burgers for my niece's birthday part, except she made it as a casserole, mixing the baked potatoes and cheeses, etc., and baking in a casserole dish instead of stuffing back into the skins. It was yummy comfort food :)

These were a hit at Christmas dinner. I froze the three extra ones and had them later. They had a bit of that frozen potato taste but was worth it to have on hand for an easy treat. I will definitely make these again. Oh, both times I forgot to add the slice of american cheese and no one complained!

My kids loved these. It's been awhile since I made twice baked potatoes, but they liked them so much, I'll be making these again. Thanks!

Made this with minor adjustments, substituting bacon horseradish dip for the sour cream and omitting the cheddar, added bacon bits instead. Turned out wonderful.
