Classic Spinach Dip

ingredients
- 500 g frozen spinach (1 package, i'm guessing on the amount. a block about 5-inchx4-inchx1-inch)
- 250 g light cream cheese (1 package)
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 1⁄4 ounces vegetable soup mix (1 envelope, i use knorr but no-name will work too)
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
directions
- thaw spinach and drain thoroughly.
- mix all ingredients.
- refrigerate for at least an hour or two to let soup mix rehydrate
- serve with crusty bread.
