From my bartending school's recipe book, up here for safekeeping. This is the quintessential brunch drink that will remain timeless, no matter where you're from, how old you are, if you're rich or poor.
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 3 ounces champagne, chilled
- Fill a chilled champagne flute halfway with champagne.
- Top off with orange juice.
A classic favorite. I make these a lot!
we used 2 ounces of o.j. and filled the glass with champagne!
