Yummy! The dressing is wonderful!! I especially loved the tarragon flavor. Adding brie cheese to the salad was an added, decadent bonus. Just a delicious salad. Merci! Made for ZWT8.

A few carefully arranged nicoise olives sprinkled on each serving brought this all together. Used a good quality brie and fresh greens from our CSA box. Annie's brand Worcestershire sauce was ideal. (Fresh chives from our garden.) I love boston lettuce but don't cook with it much. That'll have to change. Made for Veg Tag/May.

What a delicious salad dressing this makes! The chives and tarragon were actually very subtle, adding just the right amount of herby flavor. I will definitely be making this again!

Too hot to cook here so I made a couple of salads. I used a bag of mixed baby lettuce/spinach leaves for this to make it even easier. Also used roquefort instead of brie and fleur de sel. Deliciously cooling.

I thought this was so good! Easy and simple. I followed the recipe as written and did add the brie. You can never go wrong with brie. The dressing is very fresh and delicious! Made for ZWT 5.

This was easy to put together with a salad mix which included red and green baby romaine leaves, boston lettuce along with some other greens. I added baby spinach from another pakage. I did not use any fresh tarragon out of dislike for it and didnt use Dijon mustard because of the alcohol content so I had to use regular yellow mustard to replace it. I added a bit of dark brown sugar to the dressing leaving out Worcestershire sauce. The sugar made it taste better though I'm sure not authenticly French. I chopped baby cucumbers and garnished the salad with pomegranate seeds. The result was 3 1/2 stars but I wont star it because of my changes. However I wont try this again. Photo posted. Really enjoyed the dressing on this salad. I used romaine and a mix of baby spring greens, and tossed in the brie. The tarragon and chives in the dressing make this salad shine. Thanks for sharing. Made for Family Picks, ZWT8.

Great simple salad and very tasty dressing! I had some gruyere cheese on hand so added that instead of the brie. We really enjoyed the tangy dijon dressing. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for ZWT8, Chefs gone WILD!
