"Yummy candy"

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1.25 Lbs

ingredients

• 236.59 ml unsalted butter
• 236.59 ml sugar
• 29.58 ml water
• 1.23 ml vanilla
• 85.04 g semisweet chocolate
• 85.04 g bittersweet chocolate

directions

1. Line pan with heavy foil or wax paper.
2. Combine butter, sugar, water & salt in heavy saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
4. Continue boiling about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until hard crack stage (305-310).
5. Watch closely -- do not let get above 310.
6. Immediately pour onto prepared pan & sprinkle with chocolate chips.
7. Break into pieces & store in airtight container.
