  1. I have this cookbokk, "How It All Vegan" and I have made thes cookies several times. I came on to this site to post this recipes for other vegans because it is SOOOO good. It is exactly like the wonderful toll house cookies my gradmother used to make, and the recipe is quick and easy. I like to shape the dough into about 8 large cookies like you would get at a bakery or coffee shop, rather then the standard size. Thank you for posting this great recipe.

  3. I just made these with my 4yr old daughter who has an egg allergy. They were great and she could lick the bowl out too! My husband & son loved them as well. The recipe made 22 good-sized cookies.

  4. A superb recipe! Nice consistency before cooking...Spread out fine during baketime...Very tasty, sweet, but not excessively sweet...Actually yielded about 2 doz small cookies for us...An excellent recipe that we'll use again and again! Thank you for posting this recipe!

  5. I got about 20 regular sized cookies out of this recipe. It was also very dry and only held together with the addition of a couple of tablespoons water/soymilk; after that it was better but the cookies didn't spread at all and remained an odd shape - it is really hard to tell when they're done.
