  • combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, dijon, worcestershire, anchovy paste, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • whisk in oil, 3 T parmesan, and garlic paste.
  • Add romaine to bowl and toss to coat.
  • garnish with parmesan shavings.
