Great little pancake recipe my husband has used for years. Now that he is diabetic I wanted to put it in so I could get the calorie count and other info for him!

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the egg, milk and oil. Add dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto prepared griddle (I spray with Pam). Turn when golden brown. Serve hot. Makes 12 4" pancakes!
