Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mis together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Mix together vegetables.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix.
  4. Store in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Keeps 1 week.

I am so glad to see this salad recipe posted! I usually have to do a google search for "Claremont Salad" when I want to make it. I usually add some celery seed to the dressing and I omit the oil, but other than that this is how I make it. It freezes well too!
