- 1 tablespoon red wine
- 1 orange, zest of
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 -3 ripe figs
- 2 teaspoons pistachios, chopped to garnish
- Put the red wine, orange zest and honey into a bowl.
- Whisk in the yogurt and ground cinnamon.
- Quarter the figs and divide them between 2 bowls.
- Pour the yogurt mixture around the figs in each of the bowls and sprinkle with the pistachios to decorate.
