Citrus Watermelon Popsicles

From Vegan in the Freezer blog; posted here not to lose... just three ingredients! Cooking time is freezing time.


  1. Remove watermelon from rind and cut into chunks. Puree well in blender. Pour through sieve into a pitcher to get approximately 4-5 cups of watermelon juice.
  2. Juice the grapefruit and oranges through a sieve to catch any seeds or pulp, and add juice to pitcher. Stir well.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and follow mold instructions to place popsicle sticks, if needed. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
