This is a dressing that can be used on your favorite salad or Asian Tossed Salad that I have posted.
- 1⁄4 cup fresh orange juice, juice of
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, juice of
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and black pepper
- Whisk all together in a bowl or add to a blender and process 30 seconds. Pour into your favorite salad dressing container. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Keeps for 4-7 days.
