- 1⁄2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt and black pepper, fresh ground
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until thoroughly blended.
- Vinaigrette can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated.
