"Using pink grapefruit sections rather than plain ones gives this chilly tangerine sipper an extra jolt of sweetness.
- 1⁄2 cup tangerine juice, blend chilled
- 1 cup pink grapefruit section, chilled
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons honey
- 1 cup small ice cubes or 1 cup crushed ice
- Pour tangerine juice blend into blender; add grapefruit sections, lime juice, and honey. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
Yum! I could not find tangerine juice so used orange juice and some grapefruit juice too. Loved the flavor and it was nice and icy. Thanks!
Great smoothie, light and refreshing. I love grapefruit and the sweet pink grapefruit taste really came through in this. I used a little more ice than called for to thicken it up a bit.
