  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the first eight ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
  3. Let stand for 15-30 mintues.
  4. Drain, reserving the marinade.
  5. Arrange romaine on a serving platter or individual plates; top with shrimp, grapefruit and oranges.
  6. Drizzle with reserved marinade.
