- 500 g shrimp, peeled but with tails left intact (1 pound)
- 78.78 ml olive oil or 78.78 ml vegetable oil
- 9.85 ml finely grated lemon rind
- 9.85 ml finely grated orange rind
- 4.92 ml salt
- 1 lime, juiced of
directions
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate for one hour in the refigerator.
- Cook on a preheated grill plate. The shrimp will change colour as they cook.
