This received mixed reviews from my diners, but I think a great deal of that might be influenced by how the cream is used. I served atop (unsweetened) sliced strawberries and angel food cake. The whipped cream was noticeably tart, but had a nice crisp flavor. I feel the lime spiked flavor would be a nice contrast with a sweeter dessert or complement something like key lime pie.
