  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well to coat. Chill 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add scallop mixture; sauté 4 minutes or until scallops are done.
  4. Top with 1 tablespoon parsley.

This was very good. I think that I would use lemon zest next time rather than orange - just my preference. It turned out a bit salty - so I would leave out the salt (the scallops are salty enough). I served it on pasta as you suggested - great idea. Thanks for a delicious dish!
