This salsa looks so sunny. It is yummy with steak, chicken, or fish. It is good for scooping, too.
- 2 navel oranges, peeled, sectioned, and chopped
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped lemons
- 2 tablespoons chopped limes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Slice your meat or fish and serve over it.
- Have extra in a bowl.
