Great blend of flavors.
- 1 medium plum tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1⁄4 cup chopped red onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon zesty Italian dressing
- Nabisco Triscuits, rosemary & olive oil cracker
- Combine all ingredients except crackers.
- Serve immediately with the crackers. Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
