The is Day 15: Breakfast, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. You can use regular grapefruit if you prefer, or use any combination of citrus fruit to suit you. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 125g grape tomatoes.
- 425 g pink grapefruit, segmented
- 280 g oranges, segmented
- 1 lime, segmented
- 60 g strawberries, quartered
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 200 g skim-milk fruit-flavoured yogurt
- Combine fruit and juice in medium bowl. Serve topped with yogurt.
This was really refreshing. The lime was too strong for me and my children, but the rest was delightful. I had bought blood oranges and white grapefruits on sale so used those. Very lovely.
