  1. Combine all and mix well.
  2. Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  3. Drain and reserve sauce.
  4. Cook meat brushing frequently with sauce.

I made a half recipe & brushed on tilapia fillets before baking. It was easy to make. I used a sugar free BBQ sauce & I liked the addition of lemon especially on fish. Made for Pick A Chef Fall '09.
