- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml honey
- 14.79 ml orange peel, finely grated
- 44.37 ml orange juice, fresh
- 14.79 ml lemon juice, fresh
- 2.46 ml paprika
- Combine all ingredients and blend well.
I've had this recipe in my "TRY THIS" cookbook for a long time and I'm so glad I finally made it.
This is a really nice dressing - smooth and sweet (but not overly sweet) and very easy to make. I prepared it for use in the recipe Mandarin Orange Jicama Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing #303494 (in place of the lemon poppy seed) and it was perfect. Thanks for posting - made for "Come to a Garden Party" tag in the Diabetic forum.
If you're a fan of sweet salad dressings, you'll love this! I used a vegan version of mayonnaise, worked perfectly, I love how creamy it was (but not overly). It was good as is, I just wanted a few more savory notes so I added a clove of garlic and some pepper. Made during ZWT7!
Very tasty! Perfect accompaniment to Mexican food.
