- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously until blended.
