This recipe was featured on a segment of Food Network Canada's "Glutton for Punishment" Series, airing recently. I haven't had the chance to try this recipe yet, but it does sound delicious - It's on the to-do list that's for sure!!
- Slice the baguette 3/4 of the way through; remove the inside from the top half of he baguette, leaving it hollow. Mix lobster, mayonnaise, dill, citrus juices, and salt and pepper to taste. Spon onto the bottom half of the baguette. Top with lettuce, if desired. Cut and serve.
