I love cold-smoked salmon, so I figured that this citrusy version would appeal to me as well, which it did. Very easy to make, and tastes just as good as the pricey store bought stuff. I really enjoyed the bright citrus scent and flavor of this, too, which is something the commercial version doesn't offer. I'd love to say that I've got some brilliant plans for putting this in some elegant little hors d'oeuvres, but I'll probably end up just snacking on this all by itself (what I usually do with the store bought salmon).
