Two very wonderful butters. Lemon Parsley is great on fish, chicken or meats. Orange is so good on muffins or scones.

Very good recipe. I used the lemon parsley on fresh tuna steak and the orange on fresh hot sweet rolls. Everyone enjoyed the flavors. Make for your win Foot Ball Pool week 7 2011

  1. For either butter: in a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until fluffy & well mixed. Cover & refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
