I will need to keep the ingredients for this bread on hand because I will be making it again and again! Wonderful bread, crispy crust, tender and moist inside with a light citrus flavor, and loved the specks of lemon rind. The citrus flavor is there but very light and refreshing not overwhelming and heavy at all. Toasted the bread the next morning and smeared Kittencal's Old Fashioned Strawberry Preserves/Jam all over my toast......heaven!! Do make this bread, you will love it too!

Another fantastic bread, Mike! After having success with making your Gingerbread Yeast Bread (Abm) gluten free, I repeated the whole thing with this bread. It worked equally well, and the result was a VERY tasty, lemony bread. For the dry milk I used dry almond milk and for the sugar xylitol. Like the gingerbread yeast bread I baked this one 50 minutes at 400 degrees after rising 40 minutes. This is a keeper, too. Thanks for sharing!
