These bars were very good! They had a nice lemony flavor to them. When making the crust, I accidentally added the 1/4 cup of the flour to the bottom crust, which gave these bars a slightly thick crust, so I had to use another 1/4 cup of flour when making the filling/topping. When making the filling/topping, I added the zest from 5 lemons, which was a bit more than 1 tsp. When the bars were still a bit warm, I sifted on the powdered sugar, which held nicely to the bars, as seen in the photos, plus I cut the bars when they were a bit warm as well, and the bars cut nicely.
