I can't remember where I found it, but I love the citrusy taste of this healthy fish entree.

I don't make fish very often but this one is a keeper. The dish came out wonderful. The fish wasn't soggy but stayed nice and firm. It was so good that my hubby said it was a keeper. Excellent flavor.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Arrange the fish in a shallow baking dish.
  2. In a small skillet sautee the onion and the garlic until the onion is tender but not brown.
  3. Into the pan, stir in the cilantro, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the fish. Combine the orange juice and lemon juice and pour evenly over the fish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
