If you get tired of the same old zuchhini bread, try this for something different! It tastes like a very moist cake with yummy cinnamon icing!

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs, both one at a time, and stir in vanilla.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder, and add to batter.
  4. Stir in zucchini, coconut, nuts, and raisins.
  5. Spread in a 9x13 greased pan.
  6. Bake 350 oven for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and set.
  7. Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients. Spread on cake when almost cooled.
