  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 10 cup tube pan.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon and butter together. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and chopped walnuts.
  4. Mix together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
  5. Add to sugar/egg mixture.
  6. Beat well.
  7. Pour into pan.
  8. Sprinkle with topping mix.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
