A low calorie crunchy dessert or snack.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
- Coat waffles with cooking spray and sprinkle each with 1/2 tbsp sugar mixture (a small shaker might work nice for this).
- Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450* for 5-7 minutes or until crisp.
- Cut waffles into 4 wedges to serve.
Great low cal, low fat treat. I love cinnamon sugar so this was right up my alley. Will make this often!
