      This recipe is great! I added some chopped apple to mine. Very moist, and freezes well... If it makes it to the freezer!

      My house smells wonderful and the warm bread tastes delicious! 2 bananas = 1 cup and I had to use nutmeg instead of cardamom. The topping almost all came off when I flipped the bread onto the cooling rack, so I would only bother making half of it, at most. But make sure you do use it - it's tasty! Made for my adopted chef for Fall PAC 2009. Thanks Super Wifey! :)
