ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar, fine granuals
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 125 ml butter
- 1 loaf sandwich bread, sliced
directions
- Add sugar and cinnamon together.
- Put bread into toaster and toast.
- When bread is toasted remove from toaster.
- Spread butter on toast.
- Sprinkle 1/8 tsp of cinnamon sugar on buttered toast.
- Eat toast whole warm - Yum!

I live in Vietnam and do not have an oven so everything I 'bake' at this point is done in a 12 cup rice cooker. I have a model that has the ability to cook congee (rice porridge) and also has a slow cook setting. My recipes will work in most cookers, you may need to adjust the cooking time.
